Cool Site of the Day

I was bored this morning and was just surfing around the net. There were a few things that I found interesting.

But there was one thing that I found especially cool. Did you know that there is an online store where you can compare all the different plans for cellular service, from all the different providers? It's called Wirefly.com . Gee I wish that I would have known about this site about a month ago when my husband and I got our new cell phones. It took me most of an entire day shopping and comparing online to finally get the phone and plan that made us happy. Jumping from site to site, sometimes loosing the info I had just found, and having to look it up again. Sigh....

Anyway, it is a pretty handy site, check it out. Even if you are not shopping around, you can at least compare other places with your current plan, and see if you are getting ripped off. Hee hee. I know I was before I switch from Cingular to Verizon.

Attack of the Killer CD Cases!! ACK!!!

This is how my husband puts his CD's away. Every so often, I will pull it all off of the shelf and re-alphabetize the whole dang thing. But what you can't see is that sometimes he actually puts the cases back on the shelf but the CD ends up somewhere else. So I have to find the homes for most of these. It is definitely going to be a "two-movie-bottle-of-wine-day". It will take about 4 -5 hours to organize this. Ugh. Later.

We Have Flying Cows

I love the Oregon weather. Oh yes I do. It's always something different every day.

I think that now I might have to put a sail on my ark, because we are getting wind gusts from 25 mph to 100 mph. Looks like we are sailing to Oz.

I awoke this morning to a crash. It was the sound of my neighbors garbage can hitting the side of my house right under my bedroom window. Lovely.

Yesterday my landlord finally placed tarps up on my roof, since it was leaking from the latest onslaught. (It only took him four years to do this) But I bet he's glad he doesn't have to do it today. He would have been able to try his hand at parasailing if he'd of been up there today.
